  • ​​Oster Kool-Lube and Oster Blade Wash​ recalled due to improper labelling June 3, 2026
    The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.   The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury.   As of May 28, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

  • Hybrid Infusions Ltd. recalls Champagne Supernova 3x0.5g Pre-Roll due to packaging and labelling issue June 2, 2026
    The affected product is packaged in the wrong tube. The tube contains one 1-g pre-roll instead of three 0.5-g pre-rolls.

    Health Canada has determined, after testing, that this product is classified as a Class 3B handheld portable laser. Use of Class 3B handheld portable lasers present an increased risk to consumers of permanent eye injury.
